⚡ 3-Day Engagement

Product Sprint

Not sure if you're ready for a full build? Start here. In 3 days, you'll know exactly what to build, how long it takes, and what it costs.

€2,500 · Fixed Price

Is this for you?

The Product Sprint is perfect if you recognize yourself in any of these.

🤔

"I have an idea but no spec"

You know the problem. You don't know what the solution should look like technically — or what it should cost.

😤

"I got burned by an agency"

You spent €50K+ and got a half-finished product. You need someone to assess what you have and chart a path forward.

💰

"I need to justify the budget"

Your team or board wants a concrete scope and price before committing. This gives you that — professionally documented.

"I don't want to waste time"

You want to move fast but smart. Scoping properly upfront prevents the 3x budget overruns that kill projects.

3 days. 3 steps. Full clarity.

Here's exactly what happens during a Product Sprint.

D1

Day 1 — Understand

Deep dive into your problem, users, and business context.

  • 90-minute kickoff call (or in-person in NL)
  • Map the current workflow and pain points
  • Define success criteria and constraints
  • Identify users and their needs
D2

Day 2 — Design

I work independently to architect the right solution.

  • Solution architecture and tech stack selection
  • Key screen wireframes / user flows
  • Integration mapping (APIs, data sources)
  • Risk assessment and mitigation plan
D3

Day 3 — Deliver

You receive everything you need to make a decision.

  • 60-minute walkthrough presentation
  • Complete Sprint deliverable document (PDF)
  • Fixed-price quote for the full build
  • Go / no-go recommendation with honest assessment

What you walk away with

Concrete deliverables — not a PowerPoint with buzzwords.

📋

Problem Definition

Clear articulation of the problem, users, and business impact — aligned between you and me.

🏗️

Solution Architecture

Tech stack, system design, integrations, and key screen wireframes. Enough detail to start building.

📊

Build Roadmap

Phased plan with timeline, milestones, and a fixed-price quote. No surprises, no scope creep.

⚠️

Risk Assessment

What could go wrong and how we'd mitigate it. Honest assessment — including if I think you shouldn't build it.

Go / No-Go

My honest recommendation on whether to proceed, pivot, or pause. You're paying for candor, not a yes.

🤝

No Obligation

The Sprint is standalone. You can take the deliverables to any developer. Zero lock-in.

Simple pricing

One price. Everything included. No surprises.

Questions

What if I already know what I want to build?

Then skip the Sprint and go straight to a full engagement. The Sprint is for when you need clarity before committing. Book a free discovery call and we'll figure out the right path together.

Is the €2,500 credited if I proceed with the build?

Yes. If you move forward with a full project within 60 days, the Sprint fee is deducted from the project cost. You effectively get the Sprint for free.

Can I take the deliverables to another developer?

Absolutely. You own everything. The Sprint is designed to be useful regardless of who builds it. There's zero lock-in.

What if you tell me not to build it?

Then I saved you €10K-€50K and months of wasted time. That's the whole point — you're paying for honest assessment, not a guaranteed "yes."

Can we meet in person?

If you're in the Netherlands, yes — happy to do the kickoff in person. Otherwise, we'll use video calls. Both work great.

Ready to get clarity?

Book a free 20-minute call. We'll discuss your project and I'll tell you if a Sprint is the right next step — or if you should go straight to a full build.
