The short version
I'm a product manager with a PhD in Physics and a career that spans academic research, semiconductor tooling, and blockchain protocol development. I've led teams at ASML and Input Output Global (the company behind Cardano), shipping everything from lithography analysis tools to layer-2 scaling protocols used by hundreds of operators.
What makes me different from most PMs: I code. I've built production systems in Python, Haskell, C++, and Rust. When I say I handle the full product lifecycle, I mean it — from user research to deployment.
I also have deep expertise in AI technologies — from large language models and retrieval-augmented generation to agentic workflows and AI-powered automation. This isn't just a buzzword on my website. I understand how these systems work at a technical level, which means I can identify where AI genuinely adds value to your business and where it's just hype.
And here's the part that changes everything: I use AI as my development multiplier. The same way a skilled architect uses CAD software to design buildings faster, I use AI coding tools, automated testing, and intelligent workflows to deliver production-grade software at a pace that would normally require a full team. This is how one person builds a complete product in 4-6 weeks — not by cutting corners, but by leveraging the most powerful development tools available today. Most of the industry hasn't caught up yet. I have.
